Order & Artwork Submission

Place Your Order

Follow the steps below to submit your project details and artwork. Once received, we will review your files and email you a official PayPal invoice to initiate production.

How It Works:

  1. Submit Details: Fill out the order form below with your desired items, quantities, and project specifications.

  2. Upload Artwork: Attach your print-ready CMYK files (no crop or registration marks).

  3. Review & Pay: We will verify your order specs and send a PayPal invoice directly to your email. Production begins as soon as payment is confirmed!

Order Terms & Policy

No print job will be scheduled or sent to production until paid in full (no exceptions).

For Design + Print projects, a minimum 50% deposit is required before artwork begins, with the remaining balance due before we start the printing process. Design services include up to 3 proof revisions. Any requested revisions after Proof #3 will incur an additional fee based on the complexity of the changes.

Branding Discount

A small, discreet "Printed by" or "Designed by Nyce Graphix" credit will be applied to artwork once complete (excluding Business Cards, Banners, Signs, Folders, Labels/Stickers, and Cutouts) to provide you with our discounted rate. If you prefer to opt out of our branding discount, tag will not be applied to your artwork and full rate will be required. Please notify us via email if you do not want us to apply our tag when placing your order. Otherwise, tag will be applied.

Artwork Submission Requirements

  • Submitting Your Order: Fill out the form below to submit your project details quickly. If you already have print-ready artwork or large files, you can also email your artwork and specs directly to nycegraphix@aol.com.

  • File Setup: When submitting Print-Ready Artwork, do not include crop marks, color bars, registration marks, or any print indicators, as these will print on the final piece.

  • Color Mode: All files should be submitted in CMYK color mode. Files sent in RGB will automatically be converted to CMYK, which sometimes may result in unexpected color shifts.
